Organic vol-au-vents filled with creamed spinach



Ingredients:
· Fresh spinach
· Organic cream
· Cherry tomatoes
· Fresh chives

Sauté the spinach with some oil, salt and pepper. Once cooked, add some cream and fill the Mariebel organic vol-au-vents. Garnish with half a cherry tomato and a sprig of fresh chives.
