Organic mini vol-au-vents filled with white asparagus, mayonnaise and duck ham



Ingredients:
· White asparagus
· Mayonnaise
· Duck ham

Put the tips of the white asparagus in the Mariebel organic mini vol-au-vents. Fill with mayonnaise and top with duck ham cut in julienne strips. Garnish with a sprig of chives.
