Organic boat shaped tarts filled with chocolate, redcurrant and banana

Ingredients:
· dark chocolate liquid cream
· White chocolate morsels,
· Redcurrants
· Banana
· Mint

With a spoon, fill the boat shaped tart with the dark chocolate. Use tweezers to place the redcurrants, white chocolate morsels and banana slices. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
