Choux buns filled with cream and chocolate truffle



Ingredients:
· Whipped cream
· Truffe
· Powdered sugar

Cut the Mariebel choux buns in half and with a pastry bag fill half of the choux buns with the cream, and with another bag fill the other half with the chocolate truffle. Close the choux and dust the powdered sugar on top through a sieve.
